You may use SkillQuest only if you are legally permitted to use the service under the laws applicable to you. If you are under the age required to enter into an agreement in your jurisdiction, you should use SkillQuest only with appropriate parental or guardian involvement where required.
Some SkillQuest features may be available without an account. Other features may require an account, profile, or connected wallet. You are responsible for information you provide and for activity conducted through your account or connected wallet.
SkillQuest may award XP, streaks, achievements, badges, rankings, or other digital progress indicators. These features are intended for participation and engagement and do not represent money, securities, ownership interests, or guaranteed financial value.
Some quests, challenges, content, campaigns, or other features may require payment or a premium status. Premium access may be subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.
SkillQuest may allow users to connect compatible Solana wallets. You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, recovery phrases, passwords, and wallet security. SkillQuest does not request or require your private key or recovery phrase.
SkillQuest may support payments using SOL, USDC, SKR, or other supported assets. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed. Network fees may apply. Payment amounts and eligibility for premium access are determined by the payment flow presented by SkillQuest.
SkillQuest is an educational and entertainment platform. Nothing on SkillQuest constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice. Digital assets may be volatile and may lose value.
You must not misuse SkillQuest, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate results or rewards, abuse payment systems, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Unless otherwise stated, SkillQuest software, branding, content, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to SkillQuest and may not be copied, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without permission.
SkillQuest may experience interruptions, maintenance, technical failures, network problems, blockchain congestion, or third-party service outages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
SkillQuest may depend on third-party services including wallet providers, blockchain networks, hosting providers, analytics services, payment infrastructure, and other technology providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of SkillQuest when necessary, including for maintenance, security, technical, business, or regulatory reasons.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date shown above will be updated when material changes are made.
